Read a page or two, or ask a child
to do so and then discuss the
topics with questions such as: |

- have you ever felt like this? and
how do you feel about that now? |

Choose a couple of self affirming
topics that will assist your child to
feel confident, happy, relaxed etc.
as they drift of to sleep.
The last
thing we think about before we nod of to
sleep at night can make or break a good
rest.
eg. You are enough, Meditation, Self
acceptance, Dream Tree, Universal energy
(Leave the more challenging topics for
daylight hours when you have more time
to discuss, offer guidance etc.) |
